It is the goal of the Children's Leukemia Research Association - Canada to give support by providing financial assistance to families dealing with childhood leukemia and to give hope by funding research.

The Children's Leukemia Research Association - Canada is a registered charity (80856 9941 RR0001) that was established in Canada in 2006.

The Children's Leukemia Research Association - Canada helps to lessen the financial burden incurred by families for expenses directly related to their child's leukemia treatment.

40 years ago a child diagnosed with leukemia lived about six months. Today, with the advancements in chemotherapy, drugs and transplants, some children are living 15 years and in some cases remain in remission indefinitely. Through research we will learn why some children remain in remission and others do not. Research will bring us closer to a cure.
